| ESC's first major project in the middle East was this 900 ton order from Athena SA. ESC supplied 16.5 metre long ESC 46A sheet piles as the main wall sheet pile. In addition, 3.0 metre ESC 18A sheet piles were sent for the anchor wall. All piles were painted in ESC's factory before shipping to site in the UAE.
ESC provided engineering, supervision and Dawson lifting shackles to the client as part of the package. ESC worked closely with the contractor in design issues with Gibb Ltd.
