ESC Group manufacturing plant produces all of ESC Group products. Located in Pontian, Johor, Malaysia the plant employs flexible cold forming processes. Using the latest manufacturing techniques and processes the plant has the flexibility to produce a wide range of custom designed variations of ESC Group products with lead times as short as two weeks. This allows ESC Group Design Team enough flexibility in the product design to custom design products to the client requirements. This in turn leads to economic solutions for our clients.

ESC Group Quality Assurance Department controls the manufacturing processes employed in the plant. They have documented procedures on process control and carry out regular inspections to ensure that the products produced are in compliance with all the latest International Standards.
