Due to the close proximity to the adjacent building, a permanent sheet pile basement wall was proposed as part of a single story basement car park for MARA building in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu.

9.0m length ESC 12B sheet piles were used in this project. Angle steel bar strips were welded at the floor base to act as water stops as well as starter bars for the ground floor reinforcement bars. A permanent paint was applied after the installation to provide corrosion protection as well as excellent wall finish.

The project was completed in early 2006.
