SEMBAWANG NEIGHBOURHOOD 3 CONTRACT 18 AND 19 - Singapore The Housing Development Board of Singapore contracted Ground Support Company Pte Ltd to build the service roads and drains for Neighbourhood 3 Contracts 18 and 19. This project would eventually house over 1500 people and thus the service drains and roads had to be built to cater for the need of a large number of people in a confined space.

The service drains were all placed on timber bakau piles and the service roads were completed with interlocking pavers to give a finish that was both durable and aesthetically pleasing. Road signs and painting provided the finishing touches.
