The main contractor was involved in the construction of a new pumping station at the project site. Sheet pile wall was required to secure the working area during the construction phase and remains permanently to perform as water cut-off. ESC Projects (M) Sdn. Bhd. was employed to supply and construct the sheet pile wall. 9m lengths of ESC custom sheet piles were applied with protection coating to give a long permanent life and provide an aesthetically pleasing end product. 5 ton hydraulic drop hammer was used to drive the sheet piles to the cohesive silt ground conditions.
