ESC Projects (M) Sdn Bhd was awarded a design and build slope protection project using permanent sheet piles and ground anchors by Jabatan Kerja Raya Johor Bahru, Johor (Public Works Department Johor Bahru).
The site is overlooking the famous Danga Bay. The slope is protecting a high rise condominium located on the uphill side of the work area. Predrilling was required at the clutch area to ensure sufficient sheet pile penetration. Grey colour jotamastic paint was used for corrosion protection as well as ensuring a beautiful long lasting finish.
The project was completed in August 2006.
