The Public Works Department of Malaysia needed emergency work carried out on the bridge at Sg. Kepala Orang in Kota Tinggi, Johor.

The spun piles used as the foundation piles for the bridge had become exposed as the concrete protection had been washed away.

ESC designed a sheet pile wing wall both upstream and downstream to control flow and prevent wash out during heavy rain. In addition, ESC replaced the concrete protective wall infront of the spun piles.
