Requirements

Requirements

2. Should be a Quality Control Manager with record of success in setting up lean manufacturing, continuous improvement programs in manufacturing plants with at least with 5-7 years experience;
3. Someone who is technical and personally credible, will need to win over local General Managers and Plant Managers by convincing them that improvements to quality and communication will lead to higher profits;
4. Written and spoken communication in English, Russian and Chinese, where applicable;
5. Six Sigma certification a plus;
6. Able to read and understand engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and direct activities of development, application and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials and products;
2. Develop and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in manufacturing and steel structure engineering;
3. Devise sampling procedures and designs, forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data;
4. Establish program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement and analytical equipment and facilities;
5. Direct workers engaged in measuring and testing quality and reliability;
6. Complies and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.

We are currently looking for an Engineering Manager to expand our Engineering Department as we expand our business in the Middle East and African markets. 

Based full time in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, you will be responsible for the following:

• Design works for project tendering and project works
• Building an engineering team
• Overseeing foundation construction projects
• Tendering and pricing for projects
• Overseeing factory production

Required Experience:

• 2 – 5 years of experience in a design field of Engineering
• Experience on previous construction projects, (preferably in the foundation industry but not essential)
• Proficient in engineering software packages, in particular AutoCad.
• Commercial experience an advantage

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor or higher of Engineering or related discipline

The successful candidate must also be willing to travel to other Gulf and African regions.

2. Increase the market awareness of ESC branding in China.
3. Maintain and develop the relationship with civil and harbor design engineering institution, contractors and related government department.
4. Make weekly report to marketing director about new market movement.  

Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor Degree. Minimum 2 years sales experience. Candidate with working experience in steel trading industry, civil engineering or port engineering industry will be highly considerate.

Skills and Abilities:
Good communication skills in Mandarin and English. Good understanding of construction basics and the ability to provide proposals for Company Marketing Plans.

Physical Requirements:
Healthy and able to conduct Client visits and promotional tours without requiring assistance.
