SALES ENGINEER (Petaling Jaya, Selangor)

Responsibilities
  1. Increase awareness of the market in relation to the company’s services and products;
  2. Negotiate and secure projects;
  3. Formulate plans and methods of attaining marketing goals;
  4. Proposal and tender preparation, provide technical support and service;
  5. Co-ordinate and monitor progress of project and payment collection.

Requirements
  1. Degree or Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with 2 years experience in construction sales. Fresh graduates will also be considered;
  2. Strong team player with excellent inter personal skills;
  3. Candidate must possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Responsibilities
  1. Manage day to day quality operations of the manufacturing plant;
  2. Implement and manage a fully documented quality control system recording, analyzing and reporting results;
  3. Introducing quality improvement techniques to meet and exceed expectations.

Requirements
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering;
  2. Should be a Quality Control Manager with record of success in setting up lean manufacturing, continuous improvement programs in manufacturing plants with at least with 5-7 years experience;
  3. Someone who is technical and personally credible, will need to win over local General Managers and Plant Managers by convincing them that improvements to quality and communication will lead to higher profits;
  4. Written and spoken communication in English, Russian and Chinese, where applicable;
  5. Six Sigma certification a plus;
  6. Able to read and understand engineering drawings.

QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER

  2. Develop and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in manufacturing and steel structure engineering;
  3. Devise sampling procedures and designs, forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data;
  4. Establish program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement and analytical equipment and facilities;
  5. Direct workers engaged in measuring and testing quality and reliability;
  6. Complies and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.

PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for meeting production targets on productivity and quality and ensuring that products are produced to the design and quality requirement of the company;
  2. Ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing process to meet both internal and external requirements of the Company which will be both on site and in the factory premise;
  3. Manage company resources in manpower, materials and machines to achieve operations target;
  4. Supervise daily production, problem solving and trouble shooting;
  5. Co-ordination of production staff, setting jobs and monitoring results, production staff’s training and maintenance of plant and machinery.

Requirements
  1. Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent;
  2. At least 3 years working experience in steel manufacturing environment specializing in welding/fabrication, blasting and painting works;
  3. Able to read and understand engineering drawings;
  4. Good written and spoken communication in English.

QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Responsibilities

Job Summary
Oversee production in the factory.

Essential Functions
Ensuring that products are produced to the design and quality requirement of the company. Co-ordination of production staff, setting jobs and monitoring results, production staff's training and maintenance of plant and machinery.

Other Responsibilities
Solely focused on production.

Minimum Qualifications
Degree or Diploma holder in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years related industry working experience.

Skills and Abilities
Welding and fitting, basic knowledge in plant and machinery maintenance, good delegation and supervisory skills. Good communication skills in English.

Physical Requirement
Healthy and able to conduct duties without requiring assistance.

HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICER

Job Summary
Implementation and coordination of the company's Safety and Health policies. Assist in managing the development of building services and maintenance work including preventive maintenance and service management.

Essential Functions
  1. Plan, develop and implement health and safety programs, policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements;
  2. Monitor and inspect equipments, workplaces and ensure suitable protective equipment is provided, used correctly and complied with company safety policies;
  3. Conduct Job Safety Analysis/Hazard identification program to identify potential hazards and carry out counter measure;
  4. Report and investigate any accident and incidents, near miss accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning/disease happened at place of work, coordinate preventive measures and maintain statistics of such occurrence;
  5. To inform Management on overall state of health and safety at the workplace;
  6. Liaise with government bodies such as DOSH, etc;
  7. Enforce supervision, discipline and work ethics for security personnel and communicate security issues to relevant internal and external parties.

Other Responsibilities
Advise Management measures to be taken in the interest of safety and health at work place, conduct Safety and Health training/briefing to employees and perform any other duties as and when required pertaining to safety and health matters.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Secondary School level or NIOSH Safety and Health Certificate with minimum 2 years experience in OSHA.

Skills and Abilities
Good communication and organization skills with ability in Facilities and Machinery maintenance and repair.

Physical Requirement
Healthy and able to conduct duties without requiring further assistance.
